Welcome to Lotsa Memories: Antiques & More

In our shop you’ll find a wide variety of items: antiques, gifts from around the world, fine handmade linens, handmade blankets done by Mennonite women in Oklahoma, handmade quilts from Arkansas, old musical instruments, fine crystal,  wood carvings, and much more.   Pricewise, there is something everyone can afford.

Our main categories of items are: books, glassware, furniture, original art, seasonal gifts, musical instruments, fine linens, and handmade tablecloths and quilts.  Some of these categories are introduced below.  Go to the Slideshow to see examples of current and recent items.

We Have Native American Crafts

These beautiful dream catchers were handcrafted by Carol Umble, a Native American of Cherokee and Potawatomi tribe ancestry.  Her Cherokee name is Kaethe, which means "Clear Sky After Storm."  This artist now lives in Marble, NC.  Her exquisite dreamcatchers come in two sizes.

We have a variety of other authentic Native American wares, including Kachinas from the Southwest and pottery from Cherokee, NC.

We Have Books

Are you a cookbook collector who loves to read cookbooks from around the world, from many years ago? Then you've come to the right place!  We have children's books, too, and many other types of books.  Stop by our shop to see them all - we're looking forward to your visit!

We Have Glassware -- Depression Glass, Baskets, Crystal, Hand-Painted Items -- and Pottery, Too

Depression Glass (1920 - 1940) was the elegant glassware of its time.  It was often packed in cereal boxes and flour sacks.  It came in "lotsa" colors: amber, blue, yellow, pink, white, black, green, and red.  Glass memorabilia comes in so many forms and shapes.  We have some beautiful lead crystal items such as glasses, vases, urns, and bowls.  Don't miss the Tiffany crystal bowl in the Slideshow.

We Have Silver, Pewter, Bronze and Brass Items

Our selections of silver, brass, bronze and pewter items change often.  Come see for yourself!

"We Sell Flat Tires -- Guaranteed to STAY flat!"

We have several sizes of doormats, made by a local craftsman from old tires.  The one pictured is the standard size.  We have some small ones, for RVs, and a few larger ones, for patio doors.  Guaranteed to last a lifetime--or we will replace it.
